Apostle/Pastor Taurius J. Franklin was born August 21, 1973 in San Francisco, California to the Late Archbishop Dr. Jesse James Franklin of His Glory Ministries out of Moreno Valley, California and  Pastor Dr. Ruby McMillian of The City Of Refuge Community Church out of Mobile, Alabama. Pastor Taurius J. Franklin received his call to ministry at the early age of five, and preached his first sermon at the age of six. Pastor Taurius J. Franklin received his first ordination from the AME Church at the age of 19. His second ordination came from His Glory Ministries International, INC., from the Late Archbishop Dr. Jesse James Franklin in 2003. His last ordination came from Mighty Is My Yahweh In This House Global Fellowship INC. by the Apostle David B. Lay in 2006 where he was ordained and licensed to Pastor The Agape Community Center Church.
